SHIPPING

All gold & gray jewelry is made to order. Therefore, please allow up to two weeks for all orders to ship. The two weeks does not include shipping time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If you need your jewels by a certain date please email info@goldandgray.com to make sure the item is in stock. Placing an order with expedited shipping does not guarantee that the order will be shipped out immediately.

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or USPS International.

Free USPS Shipping is applied to orders over $100!

International orders are accepted and will be shipped via USPS. Once an order reaches customs, we are no longer able to track the package and have no control over how long the package takes to go through customs. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes on international shipments.

SALES TAX

All orders shipped within California will be charged state sales tax.

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt as long as the jewelry is in its original new unworn condition. Please email info@goldandgray.com to request a return or exchange. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange in your email. Original shipping costs are not refundable. And all return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

Please note that any custom order is a final sale and not returnable.

JEWELRY CARE

All of our jewelry is handmade using all natural stones which means that each piece can vary slightly. Due to the nature of the jewelry, exposure to water, perfume, hairspray, lotion and other similar elements is not recommended and can change the appearance. Jewelry should not be worn in the shower, the pool or to the gym. Do not clean your jewelry with chemicals, gently wipe with a clean cloth. We recommend storing your jewels in their gold & gray jewelry pouch when they are not being worn. The jewelry pouch is also great for travel and regular daily use!

Tip: Stretchy bracelets should be ROLLED over your hand when putting them on, instead of stretching or pulling at the elastic cord. Stretching or pulling the bracelet can weaken the elastic cord and over time may cause the bracelet to break.

GIFT CARDS

Don't know what gift to give? Gift Cards are available and make the perfect gift! Gift cards are delivered by email and have instructions of how to redeem at checkout. Gift cards have no additional processing fees. If the amount you are looking for is not listed, send us an email and we can help you out!
